Welcome to Los Cebollines. Our hospitality and service in serving Mexican gastronomic delights have made us the number one Mexican restaurant chain in Central America. Los Cebollines was founded in Guatemals City as a typical Mexican taco spot. The restaurant proved so successful, that we quickly grew into our current role with 25 locations all over Central America.
Breakfast "Country Eggs"
Beef tenderloin steak topped with a fried egg and smothered in spicy Ranchera sauce. Served with refried beans, tortillas chips, fried plantain slices, farmer's cheese and bread rolls.
Starters "Four Horesmen"
Spicy Guajillo chicken wings, tasty potato and chicken stuffed tacos, traditional Mexican "sopes" and one of house specialties, "Panuchos" (crispy tortillas spread with refried beans and topped with shredded chicken.

Torta Sandwich "Los Cebollines"
Fresh bread filled with grilled beef, bacon, bell pepper, onions and layered over refried beans, crispy lettuce, tomato and avocado slices and topped with our special Torta sauce.

Assemble your own tacos. Start with fresh tortillas, top with beef, chicken or pork, add guacamole, refried beans, cilantro, pickled onions, grilled spring onions, and pineapple chunks.
